Sales Executive - careers with Astute Graphics

General Purpose

The Sales Executive will play a key role as part of our team in the continued development and ongoing success of Astute Graphics. Ensure that our exciting and innovative creative software benefits clients internationally.

The role will focus on managing Corporate client sales accounts worldwide, with primary focus to start with the US and UK.

This is a new role within Astute Graphics. We are seeking somebody with the knowledge, skills and experience to establish a pro-active sales operation within an established company.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Increasing sales with existing Corporate customers by analysing existing database

  • Identify and instigate Resellers

  • Identify new Corporate customers

  • Understand our tools along with customer requirements and the market

  • Devise Sales strategy and budget requirements to target both existing and new customers

  • Produce fortnightly sales reports

  • Work closely with Support, Marketing and other departments

  • Maintain relationships and understand ongoing requirements with Corporate customers

  • Continuous feedback to Marketing / Engineering / Support departments of customer requirements and expectations.

  • Initiate Case Studies

  • Define / create and maintain literature if required

  • Identify and initiate systems and processes to enable continuous improvement in all client activity

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Sales Executive or similar

  • Maintain sales pipeline

  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, including:

    • Word processing

    • Spreadsheets

    • Email and web services

Location of Work

  • Flexible working arrangements from home, where mutually agreed

  • Our offices are based in Hereford, where weekly meetings take place for company-wide meetings

Travel

This position is home/office based and internal resources will be used to provide demonstrations to clients. There could be limited travel within the UK.

Salary and Pension

  • Starting salary: up to £35k (D.O.E.) with annual reviews and the potential of growth dependent on results
