ABOUT YOU
The role is best suited for someone who has worked within a marketing agency specialising in PPC. The ideal candidate will be willing and hungry to learn and take ownership of personal development, and their genuine passion for digital marketing drives them forward.
You must have experience in running successful PPC campaigns and a thorough knowledge of Google Analytics and analysing data. The successful candidate can hit the ground running and will be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard, sometimes under high production pressure.
Responsibilities:
To work with a wide range of non-technical stakeholders to understand our business information requirements and to ensure those needs are served in an effective and user-friendly manner;
Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance information for our senior management team and staff to monitor progress against set business targets;
Monitor and analyse performance to improve and scale campaigns.
To facilitate; extract, transformation, and loading of data from and to various sources and destinations.
Provide reports and performance updates for clients on paid campaigns.
Skills / Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in a similar or related role
Must have a strong understand of Adwords and running successful campaigns
Real interest in data and analytics, with the ability to spot the key insight in a dataset
Naturally numerate and advanced in Excel – you aren’t afraid of a macro or Pivot table
Experienced with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, and internal reporting tools
Strong understanding of Google AdWords (AdWords certification is not mandatory, but would be highly beneficial)
Knowledge of SEO, tools and techniques

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent and confident communication skills, possessing an incredible passion for all things digital

Remote working where agreed
Attendance in the office will be required periodically (Hereford)

• £30-£33k
