1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out rules for using Astute Graphics’ services to protect service integrity and other users.
2.1 You must not use the Services to:
(a) violate applicable law;
(b) upload, transmit, or distribute malware or other harmful code;
(c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or any connected networks;
(d) access or use the Services for competitive analysis, benchmarking intended to harm the Services, or to develop a competing product;
(e) circumvent security or licence controls;
(f) scrape, crawl, or mass‑download content beyond what is enabled by the Services’ documented features;
(g) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
(h) engage in harassment, hate speech, abusive or threatening behaviour;
(i) upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
(j) attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or tamper with the Services;
(k) use automated systems or bots to overload or disrupt the Services; or
(l) send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications.
(m) You must not upload, distribute, share, install, or make available any malware, ransomware, spyware, credential harvesting tools, cryptocurrency miners, malicious scripts, or other harmful executable content.
(n) You must not upload, distribute, or share Scripts, executable content, or other materials where you do not possess the necessary copyright permissions, licence rights, or authority to distribute such content.
(o) You must not distribute Scripts, executable content, or automation tools intended to bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent software licensing systems, security controls, or technical restrictions.
2.2 You are responsible for your conduct and for any content you process, upload, distribute, install, or share using the Services, including content shared through Team functionality.
3.1 Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach security or authentication measures.
3.2 Protect your credentials and use strong, unique passwords.
3.3 You may report suspected abuse, security concerns, or policy violations by contacting hello@astutegraphics.com.
4.1 We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Services to ensure fair usage by all customers. If your data transmission usage is significantly higher than that of the average user and/or materially impacts the performance of the Services for others, we may:
(a) discuss the issue with you;
(b) temporarily restrict or throttle your usage; or
(c) suspend or terminate your access to the Services in accordance with the Master Terms & Conditions. We will act reasonably and, where practicable, give you prior notice before taking such action.
5.1 We may remove, disable access to, quarantine, suspend distribution of, or permanently delete Scripts, executable content, Assets, Packs, Projects, or other content that violates this AUP, with or without notice, in accordance with the Master Terms & Conditions.
5.2 We may involve law enforcement where required by law or court order.
5.3 We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that, in our reasonable opinion, presents a security, legal, operational, copyright, licensing, or reputational risk to Astute Graphics, its customers, or third parties.
6.1 We may update this AUP from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by the ‘last updated’ date. Changes take effect when published, and continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance.
