Automatic File Back-up – As recommended by Adobe

Automatic File Back-up| Save Reminders | User Defined Settings

Don’t run the risk of losing your hard-earned artwork when the unexpected happens. As recommended by Adobe, AUTOSAVIOUR is an integral part of a professional Illustrator workflow, ensuring a vital safety net of automatically saved artwork or timed reminders, speeding up your workflow and reducing the common stresses when working with technology.

Autosaviour preferences and options

Autosaviour has its own panel, complete with 'last save' and 'next save' countdown clock, as well as additional preferences for you to customise your workflow. Delayed saves and failed attempts are highlighted red, grabbing your attention and prompting you to take action.

Multiple backups anywhere

Keep multiple backups and choose where you want to save them, so you never lose earlier versions again. Protect yourself against losing all artwork with corrupted files – simply revert to an earlier version!

Autosaviour preferences and options

Annotation feedback

Autosaviour Pro now tells you when it is saving with a subtle annotation. Don't want to see this? No problem, untick this in your Preferences.

One of my more tedious tasks is remembering to save my work as I proceed in developing my ideas. Autosaivour has many times over saved me from losing very important details that would have otherwise been lost to the graphics boneyard; the nether world of the digital gods, gone forever. This has been one of the best investments I’ve made yet, bar none!

    very good

It is good, but probably not for me. I do a lot of opening older files and modifying them to create new work, and am afraid of my older version being overwritten by the new work I am doing, which seems to have happened a few times? So, unfortunately, I uninstalled it.

    • Go to “Autosaviour Prefs” (in the panel flyout menu) and tick “Confirm Existing Autosave”. Then, whenever a document is opened, you can immediately choose whether to disable autosave or not.
