I can't find my license keys

License keys are only necessary if you haven't yet moved to the subscription. Once you are on the subscription you will be installing with Astute Manager and your license key won’t be necessary.

If you are a legacy customer using the older unified installer installation method and you need your license keys, please Contact Us with any possible email addresses to which you may have registered plugins in the past and we will send them to you.

Please note that we are a UK based company operating Monday - Friday 10am - 4:30pm GMT and so if contacting us outside of these hours you may find that there is a delay in reply. We normally aim for a 2 working day response time (it may take a little longer for technical enquiries or at busy times) however, we will always endeavour to get a reply and solution to you as quickly as possible.
