Resetting the Astute Manager will often resolve any issues that you encounter with the use of your plugins.
To do so, please take the following steps:
Quit all instances of Adobe Illustrator
Open the Astute Manager (the latest v3.7)
Go to the Astute Manager Settings (1)
Click on the Reset default settings button (2) and follow the instructions
Now quit the Astute Manager and re-open it
Lastly, install the plugins again
