Can I have more than one customer account?

If you are on the Annual Service Plan you will only require one account which will contain all plugins, this account with all plugins is then useable on 2 computers owned by you.
If you are a business with employees using our Annual Service Plan then you will require multiple accounts.

If you are not yet using our Annual Service Plan and are still using our plugins individually, it's quite possible that you may have purchased across multiple accounts in the past.

If you are unsure whether or not you had more than one account, you may wish to check the plugins installed on your computer against those license keys that you currently have listed.
To check the plugin(s) installed on your system – Go to Help > Astute Graphics > Licensing Summary in Adobe Illustrator.

If there are any discrepancies (i.e. more Plugins showing installed on your system than those that you currently have listed) this would suggest that you have more than one account.
